Today I tried a new way to make delicious cookies rich in fiber for the breakfast. I have remained very satisfied with the result, so I have decided to share it on my blog too. It is easy to prepare, requires a few ingredients, and little time. Furthermore, if you decide to use stevia instead of sugar, you will have delicious cookies with low glycemic load.
