Cooking time: 20 min. Difficulty level: low.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS:
- Two pc of leeks
- Six pc of tomatoes Piccadilly
- 80g bacon
- 120g buckwheat pasta
- One spoon of virgin olive oil
- One spoon of Parmesan
- Paprika, Curcuma, Marine Salt
STEP-BY-STEP:
- First, clean the leeks, wash the vegetables, and cut all in pieces.
- In a pot, put water (about 1l) with some gross marine salt and bring it to the boiling point.
- Meantime, in a cooking pan, place the bacon, add some paprika, Curcuma, and roast it a little. Add a spoon of virgin olive oil, leeks, and at the end, add tomatoes. Cook on a small fire. Mix from time to time.
- When the water is boiling, place the pasta and cook “al dente” as Italians use to say (it means the pasta must remain a little hard).
- When pasta is ready, place it in the cooking pan, together with other vegetables. Mix all for a few minutes at a small fire. In the end, spray on top some parmesan.
Easy to cook and very delicious. Enjoy it!
With best wishes,
Nadiya
