INGREDIENTS:
- Three egg whites
- 160g coconut flour
- 100g erythritol (substitute for sugar with zero glycemic loads)
- One vanillin
STEP-BY-STEP:
- Place the egg whites in a bowl, mix the ingredients until you obtain a similar foaming content.
- Add vanillin, add the erythritol, and mix all. At last, add the coconut flour step by step until getting a cream mixture.
- At the same time, please turn on the oven at 180°C and place it on the ventilated function.
- While the oven is heating, prepare the baking tray. Place a greaseproof paper on the plate, and with a spoon, take the mixture and place one by one on the shelf.
- Place the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes on the middle level. Control from time to time to make sure it is not burning out.
