INGREDIENTS:
- 500g of mussels
- 2-3 pc of tomatoes (or 50g of tomato sauce)
- 1 spoon of virgin olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Paprika, Curcuma, Marine Salt
STEP-BY-STEP:
- First and the most important - clean very well mussels from sand and other residues, wash under flowing water.
- Put mussels into a deep cooking pan (or a pot, whatever you prefer), add a spoon of virgin olive oil, salt, and some paprika. Bring to boiling temperature on a small fire. Mix from time to time, until you see that all mussels opened.
- Meantime, wash and clean the tomatoes. Cut in small pieces.
- When mussels ready, add tomatoes and a bit of water. Boil all together for five minutes. In the end, add fresh cut parsley.
