INGREDIENTS:
- 400g cottage cheese
- two bananas (big size)
- 100g erythritol (substitute for sugar with zero glycemic loads)
- three medium eggs
- one sachet of vanillin
STEP-BY-STEP:
- Peel of bananas, place in a bowl, and pound it in a homogeneous compound.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs, the erythritol, and the vanillin, mix all using a spoon or mixer.
- At the same time, please turn on the oven at 180°C and place it on the ventilated function.
- While the oven is heating up, prepare the baking tray by spying on the boards some oil and blow some flour on top to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture on the baking dish.
- Please place it in the oven for about 50 minutes on the middle level. Control from time to time to make sure it is not burning out.
- When ready, take it out and let it rest for some minutes. Then take out from the tray and serve it.
