Being of Italian origins, Antonio Citterio, is one of the greatest names in the field of furniture and industrial design! Graduated in architecture at prestigious Politecnico di Milano, since 1972, he has collaborated in the field of industrial design with many international brands, among which are Kartell, Hermès, Flos, Flexform, Vitra, B&B Italia and Maxalto, another brand inside the mother-company B&B Italia, and many other.

He won twice the prestigious prize Compasso D’Oro, in 1987 and 1994, and has created hundreds of models, distinguished by innovative design, unique finishing, and exceptional ergonomic shapes.

One of his most recent creations is the chair Iuta designed for the Italian furnishing company B&B Italia in 2012, becoming almost immediately a Best Seller.

This chair was designed to meet several expectations and clientele’s needs. That is the reason why we have variations for the structure and the sittings

1/ A modern and minimalistic design, mainly oriented to offices, with base in aluminum casting and the backrest in pressed steel mesh with tubular perimeter profile all varnished black and a padded sitting made of shaped polyurethane, upholstered in fabric or leather.

2/ Another version dedicated to home environments - with oak wood base in four different finishes (Natural Light, Smoked, or painted Grey or Black) with the backrest and armrests in pressed steel mesh with tubular perimeter profile varnished white or black.

The padded sitting is shaped in polyurethane foam upholstered in fabric or leather at choice.
