The Greek world extended on a waste territory: from the Balkan peninsula to Asia Minor and the Black Sea coasts, the islands of Aegean Sea, and to “Magnum Greece” (South of Italy and Sicily). The favorable geographic positioning took Ancient Greeks to cultural evolution and ultimately creating a unique style of architecture that is still copied today in government buildings and major monuments throughout the world.
Here was born the concept of orders (meaning following certain order and proportions between different parts of the construction), which proved to give stability to the structure and facilitate the construction by following a certain order. These rules were furthermore taken and implemented, some remodeled, and used to construct in Ancient Rome, Middle Ages and New era. Greek architecture is known for tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance.

We are active persons, working, traveling, going out on dates, playing sports. And we need comfort and organization to make these activities easily accessible and enjoyable.
That is when comes the need to create a functional and organized space, where to keep all clothes, shoes, bags, and a range of different accessories we use every single day. And more activities and hobbies we have, the more these exigencies and requirements increase.
Today, we have at our disposal an impressive number of producers, creating beautiful products of all styles, using a large scale of materials, from budget-friendly (like melamine) to the most exclusive and luxurious (like alligator leather, exotic woods, marbles, and stone gems). Moreover, based on the space available, we have the oppotunity to select among the organization type: a walk-in closet, a wardrobe, or create a box-wardrobe, or maybe divide the open space by using a double-sided closet?!

Any idea how to decorate your home for this Christmas 2020?
I will share some thoughts on this matter. This year’s Christmas will be quite different since in many countries is the obligation to keep social distancing and are not allowed any big parties, making this year quite different from what we are used to. Nevertheless, there is still hope to feel great and happy celebrating by ourselves at home.
This locution comes from Latin and represents the origin, the beginning; it means “from the egg”, signifying from the conception. It is used as a synonym “from the start”, from the furthest point. This locution arrives from Roman times, which had a particular order for lunches: first, some eggs, served as appetizers, afterward fruits and all the rest; the full locution was “Ab ovo usque ad mala”, “from the egg to apples”. This sequence at the table has arrived until our days, where Italian traditions serve first appetizers, then first and second plates, and at the very end desserts and fruits.
Interesting! Who would expect that during this craziness pandemic time we shall discover a new fashion style?! As we saw in detail from the previous chapters, each part of your home is responsible for one of the sectors of your life, but bathrooms, showers, and saunas in Feng Shui are seeing as some kind of “terrible evil” that “flushes away” the pure energy of Qi. That is why these areas are not recommended to be in the center of the house. Moreover, in many houses constructed following Feng Shui rules, these zones are placed usually at the end of a corridor at the north, leaving the south to the location of a living room and bedroom.
This is a prejudice, taking its roots from ancient times when there were no toilets in the house. However, rich people were curated by many servants who were cleaning and taking out regularly, keeping intact the Feng Shui of the house. Thanks to the evolution of industry and technology, we have always managed to organize these areas keeping them clean and fresh, at least regarding its physical aspects. While from the Feng Shui point of view, it is also necessary for clearing out the Qi energy, eliminating negative and unclean areas.
One of the sectors that are highly protected is the Sector of Helpful People and Friends. This sector is responsible for bringing many useful alliances to life. Having the support and help of powerful and influential people is an absolute need for reaching success.
In our modern world, we learn to rely mostly on ourselves. But as more useful friends we have, the more support we can get. And that is a fact! We need to learn how to create good relationships with surrounding society: we depend on our partners, clients, teachers, local and national authority. And there is a positive side to this aspect. We regularly interact with other people, work for people, and gain profits because of the services and products we offer to people. So, curating this sector's potential is of significant importance to every one of us, no matter what type of activity we do for a living or in what part of the world we are.
