We admired not so much time ago, on the fashion runways, the new Collection from Moschino for Spring-Summer 2020 ready-to-wear. This time, the famous designer Jeremy Scott has dedicated this collection to Picasso and his muses. He created an entire collection using different canvas as art play. And he was not the only one who has decided to insert accents like flower-art-print as a local focal point (like Prada) or to create entire outfits in art-printed fabrics (like Blumarine, Alexander McQueen and other).

I often think about life in big cities: always on the run, traffic stacks, different nationalities, high concentration of restaurants with every kitchen you can think of and boutiques at every corner. Now that I’ve got married and moved to a rural area near Milan, I admit that sometimes I miss the atmosphere and energy of a big metropolis and with great pleasure return time by time for business purposes or shopping.

Today we are witnessing an elevated comfort in living: the ability to work from home, keep hundreds of books in a purse (on a kindle), chat internationally with no cost by using apps and do shopping sitting comfortably on a couch. And all these thanks to the magic presence of the internet!

Founded more than two thousand years ago on the left bank of the river Ticino, Pavia is one of the most beautiful cities in Lombardy. Here are preserved the characteristic road structure of the Roman castrum along with several historical churches of great architectural value and a Castle. In fact, for a short period, Pavia was the capital of Lombardy Kingdom (572-774). Moreover, since the Middle ages, Pavia has been also a university town, today recognized on an international level.
