I love reading books on psychology and life coaching! These books always teach me something new, afterward, I notice things I was previously ignoring and look with different eyes on the world around me.

This book "FOLLOW YOUR HEART: Finding purpose in your life and work" though is incredibly easy to read, like an essay, with simple related examples from life and funny sketches, so that any reader at any age can easily understand the reading. You’ll start to analyze and classify what is currently happening in your life, why is that happening and what you should do if you want changes.

It opened my eyes to some very important aspects of how things work, why sometimes things happen that troubles us, and what we should do to live a better life. What you'll get to learn from this book:

  1. We are unique human beings and we come into this life with a purpose (a mission). To arrive at our full potential, along the way, we must take lessons (good and bad) – that’s how we learn. Life is a Teacher! Accept this fact, have patience when things go bad, find ways to understand what you did wrong, and next time do it right. Then you’ll move to the Next Level (next lesson), and so on.
  2. The Universe does not have favorites. Universal Laws work the same way for everybody, so it’s up to us to learn how to apply them at best: what goes around comes around, start from simple small steps and keep moving forward, have discipline, learn to adapt in this changing world, and many other. So work for what you want, don't expect something from someone.
  3. Our life is the reflection of our past and current beliefs! If we want to change it, shift inner beliefs first. We create our life from our convictions.
  4. The hardest to accept and keep in mind is to appreciate all and be attached to nothing! Particularly that is regarding goods we own (or want), like a house, a car, business, etc. And the same rule applies to people that surround us: love and care for others, but avoid possessive feelings that damage relationships.
  5. All you give attention to grows and evolves! So, choose wisely what you want to grow in your life. What you constantly think of – that's what you’ll get (the Law of Attraction). Think positive! Surround yourself with good, and you’ll live a happy life!
  6. Live the life you want! Find for what your heart is beating and make it part of your everyday existence: love cooking – become a MasterChef, love makeup – become a Makeup Artist, love projecting – become an Architect, love fashion – become a Designer, love mathematics – become an Analytic, etc. Only when you follow your heart, you open at your full potential! That’s the key. Afterward, you will find a way (or many ways) to monetize your passion. Just focus on developing your abilities as best as you can.
  7. Don’t wait for someone’s permission! You rule your life, and only you. Work for what you want to achieve, start with small steps, and as you get more confident, go further and further until you’ll get where you’re headed to. Everybody started from zero. It takes time, work and perseverance to get on top. But it is possible!
  8. Stop swimming against the flow because it’s exhausting and afterward, you’ll lose. Better swim as currents go, with good and bad moments. Good luck is coming to those, who accept life the way it comes, focuses on good things and keeps calm in their hearts no matter where it is taking them. If you feel that something got bigger than you can hold, divide it into smaller pieces, and solve it one by one. Thus, you can do it!
  9. Accept people for how they are, with positive and negative aspects. Don’t try to “fix them” or change – each human being is made the way it is for a reason. Either you love and accept him/her or let him/her go.
  10. The same is valid for yourself – don’t be hush. Accept the way you are. Improve the aspects you can. Keep working because there’s no limit in beauty and success. Don’t try to change the entire world – focus on your small world and make it bigger, better.

This book is A M A Z I N G! I totally recommend it for reading! And after some time, read it again! Because this way you’ll understand even more, and your discipline will get better, so you’ll manage to achieve even better results.
