Dear readers,

I think it is a good idea mixing several sources of proteins, like animal proteins from eggs and vegetable proteins, for example from beans and broccoli.

Cooking time: 15 min. Difficulty level: easy.

- 2 spoons of Virgin olive oil

- 300g broccoli

- 150g green beans

- 2 carrots (big ones)

- 50g mushrooms

- 4 pc radishes

- 2 eggs

- paprika, curcuma, marine salt

1)    Wash and clean broccoli, green beans, carrots, mushrooms, and radishes.

2)    Put into a pot the green beans, cover with water, boil for 10-15 min.

3)   In the meantime, put a pan on a small fire. Get one spoon of olive oil, cut carrots and broccoli in small pieces. Add some spices like paprika, curcuma, and salt. Mix all for about 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and mix for the other 5 minutes. Take out on a plate.

4)    In the same pan you can cook the 2 eggs.

5)   Now put on a plate the mix of everything, including radishes sliced in pieces.
