A Gourmand's Page

Gear Gourmet fiends,

Today I tried a new way to make delicious cookies rich in fiber for the breakfast. I have remained very satisfied with the result, so I have decided to share it on my blog too. It is easy to prepare, requires a few ingredients, and little time. Furthermore, if you decide to use stevia instead of sugar, you will have delicious cookies with low glycemic load.

Gear Gourmet fiends,

Today I tried a new way to make the cottage cheese, adding fresh fruits on top. The result I liked very much, so I’ve decided to share it on my blog too, in case some of you would like to try it by yourself. It is an easy recipe and requires a few ingredients. Moreover, if you’ll decide to use erythritol instead of sugar, you’ll have a homemade cheesecake with low glycemic loads.

Dear Gourmet,

A Gourmand's Page > Homemade Coconut Cake

Hello, my Gourmet community!

Today I want to share the recipe of my favorite home-made cake, a flavored and tasteful cake, with low glycemic loads.

Dear Gourmand,

Today I would like to share with you a dish I love to cook particularly in autumn. It’s sweet and spicy, rich in vitamins and minerals. If you are vegan, you can use the same recipe, except for bacon, which is added at the end.

Dear readers,

Today I would like to share a plate I love very much and cook quite often: Italian gnocchi made of potatoes, pumpkin and spinach, in sauce with asparagus and bacon.
